摘　　要：随着移动互联网技术的高速发展和移动终端的快速普及,短消息作为GSM中最为简单、最方便的数据通信方式,其业务和应用得到快速发展。详细分析、研究了当前教务管理系统的业务流程及其功能需求,设计了基于B/S、JAVAEE架构和SGIP协议的无线教务系统的方案,并利用JAVA语言、ExtJS页面技术和Microsoft SQL Server 2008数据库技术实现了该方案,实现了无线教务系统短消息模块的短信息收发、后台信息内容处理等功能,并对系统进行了测试和分析。With the constant development of mobile internet technology and a high degree of popularity of mobile termi- nals, SMS（Short Message Service） the most convenient data transfer in GSM（Global System of Mobile communication） System grows rapidly. The functions and business process of the existing educational administration system are intensively studied and analyzed. The scheme of wireless education system based on the B/S and the SGIP protocol is designed and im- plemented with JAVA language, Ext technology and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database technology, which achieves the functions such as transceiver of SMS, information content handler. Finally the wireless education system is tested and ana- lyzed.
