摘  要:基于规模以上工业企业普查数据,分析了员工培训对所有制异质性企业劳动生产率的影响.结果表明,员工培训对企业劳动生产率有显著的正向影响,国有企业的员工培训对企业劳动生产率的促进作用最大,私有企业的员工培训对企业劳动生产率的促进作用最小;另外,企业规模、企业科技行业类别也会对员工培训效果有影响.结论证明了员工培训对企业绩效的正向影响以及企业所有制因素在影响中的调节作用.Based on the datasets drawn from annual surveys of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, the influence of the training intensity on productivity of enterprise with heterogeneous ownership is analysed in the paper. The results show that staff-training does have a significant positive effect on enterprise productivity, and the degree of effect is larger relatively in state-owned enterprise; the degree of effect is smaller relatively in private enterprise ; otherwise the size and type of enterprise in science and technology do have an effect on its productivity also. Finally, the role of staff-training on productivity and role of ownership structure in its process are demonstrated in the paper.
