摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是一种神经退行性疾病,具有明显的病理学特征和临床表现,主要病理特征为脑内黑质致密部多巴胺能神经元大量选择性丧失,主要临床表现为震颤麻痹、运动障碍及姿势异常等,严重影响病人生活质量。帕金森病药理模型的建立、评价指标的形成对帕金森病的研究发展起着非常重要的作用。Parkinson＇ s disease （PD） ,obvious pathological features and clinical features,is a neurodegenerative disease. PD is charac- terized by selective loss of dopaminergic neurons located in substantia nigra. The clinical manifestations of PD include tremor, brady- kinesia, and postural instability, these affect the patient＇s quality of life. The pharmacological models and evaluation methods are very important for the develop of parkinson＇s disease.
