摘　　要：目的：探讨临床采用高压氧疗结合药物治疗口腔创口感染的临床治疗效果,为临床拓宽治疗口腔创口感染治疗方法和策略。方法：选择我院口腔科2011年3月-2013年3月收治的口腔创伤伴感染患者150例,对照组给予药物治疗,研究组给予高压氧疗和药物治疗,比较两组患者预后时间和创口愈合情况。结果：对照组患者平均住院时间（23.7±3.1）天,研究组患者平均住院时间（18.4±2.7）天；研究组患者治疗后病情总有效率显著高于对照组组,P〈0.05；研究组发生不良反应患者人数明显低于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：高压氧疗结合药物治疗可显著改善口腔创口感染的临床治疗效果,缩短住院时间,改善预后,值得临床推广和应用。Objective：To discuss the clinical effects of oxygen therapy with drug therapy on oral cavity wound infection. Methods：150 patients with oral cavity wound infection from March 2011 to March 2013 in the hospital were collected and divided into two groups.One group were subjected with drug therapy,and the other group were suffered with oxygen therapy with drug therapy.Prognosis time and wound agglutination were recorded in two groups.Results：Average Prognosis time in control group was （23.7±3.1） days,and research group was （18.4±2.7） days.Total effective rate in research group was significantly higher than that in control group,P〈0.05.And adverse effect in research group was significantly lower than that in control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Oxygen therapy and drug therapy showed a significant clinical effect on oral cavity wound infection with a lower length of stay,which should be worth clinical spread.
