替牙期上颌中切牙埋伏阻生的临床诊断和矫治方法

摘　　要：目的：探讨替牙期上颌中切牙埋伏阻生的临床诊断和矫治方法。方法：研究对象为2010年2月-2011年2月我院收治的21例诊断为替牙期上颌中切牙埋伏阻生的患儿，回顾性分析其临床诊治资料，分析其特点。结果：上颌埋伏中切牙的影像学诊断结果显示，与螺旋CT检查结果比较，经X线片检查水平阻生无一例漏诊，但唇侧斜位阻生漏诊2例，腭侧斜位阻生漏诊1例；确诊患儿经正畸导萌术治疗，牙髓活力测试均恢复正常，牙轴恢复正常，无托槽脱落，无一例发生伤口感染。结论：在替牙期上颌中切牙埋伏阻生的治疗中，螺旋CT有助于其定位诊断，正畸导萌术可获得良好疗效。Objective：To investigate the phase for teeth in maxillary incisor in method of clinical diagnosis and correction. Methods：The research object for February 2010-February 2010, 21 cases of our hospital diagnosed as for stage of maxillary incisor teeth in children and its clinical diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed, analysis of its characteristics. Results：Maxillary incisor in the ambush of imaging diagnosis results show that compared with the spiral CT examination and the X-ray examination level no maxillary in diagnosis, but the lip side inclined maxillary, 2 cases of misdiagnosis, palatal side inclined a maxillary misdiagnosis and 1 case;Diagnosis of children with orthodontic guided eruption technique treatment, dental pulp vitality tests are back to normal, tooth shaft back to normal, no braces off, no wound infection occurred. Conclusion：For stage of maxillary incisor teeth lie in the treatment of maxillary, spiral CT is helpful to diagnosis, its positioning orthodontic guided eruption technique can obtain good therapeutic effect.
