摘　　要：目的:探讨分析前哨淋巴结活检在乳腺癌患者中的治疗价值。方法:将我院8年间行SLNB的患者34例和进行TALND的患者41例的临床资料进行对比分析。结果:行SLNB的34例患者的检测阳性率为85.3%,其中老年患者的检测阳性率为72.2%;两组患者的生存率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);SLNB的患者的并发症发生率明显较TALND患者低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检虽然存在一定的假阴性反应,但是此种方法能够有效减低患者的手术创伤和风险,减少手术的时间,值得在临床推广使用。Objective：To study the therapeutic value of analysis of sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer patients. Methods：Our hospital of SLNB in 34 patients with 8 years and the clinical data of 41 patients with TALND were analyzed.Results：Line of SLNB in 34 patients test positive rate was 85.3%,among older patients test positive rate is 72.2%;Two groups of patients survival rate is no statistical significance （P〉0.05）;Of SLNB is TALND patients significantly lower incidence of complications,patients with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer although there are some false negative reaction,but this method can effectively reduce the risk of patients with surgical trauma and to reduce the time of the surgery,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
