妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液与氟米龙滴眼液对白内障术后眼前节反应控制及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液(典必殊)和与氟米龙滴眼液(氟美童)用于白内障手术患者对其术后眼前节反应的控制情况以及不良反应。方法:选取白内障手术患者486例,随机分为两组,其中A组241例,B组245例,使其有可比性。两组患者均采取超声乳化联合折叠式人工晶体植入术,术后均给予0.3%左氧氟沙星和重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼胶点眼,在此基础上A、B两组患者分别使用典必殊和氟美童点眼。随访观察两组患者的眼前节反应和眼压改变情况。结果:两组患者术后1天、4天、7天时前房渗出情况和人工晶体色素沉着情况差别不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前两组患者眼压差别不大(P>0.05),术后A组患者眼压与术前相比明显升高,而且高于B组患者术后(P<0.05)。结论:白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后使用典必殊和氟美童均可以达到较好地控制眼前节炎症反应的作用,但是使用氟美童者眼压更为稳定,不良反应更少。Objective：To investigate TobraDex and with fluorine America Tong for cataract surgery in patients with postoperative anterior segment of its control of the reaction conditions,and adverse reactions.Methods：486 cases of cataract surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group of 241 cases of A,B group 245 cases,making it comparable.All patients were taken phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation surgery were given 0.3% levofloxacin and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel,eye,on the basis of A,B groups of patients were using Code will be special and fluorine America Tong eye. Follow-up were observed in patients with anterior segment ocular reactions and changes in circumstances.Results：The postoperative 1 day,4 days,7 days exudation and anterior chamber intraocular lens pigmentation little difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Two groups of patients preoperative IOP little difference （P〉0.05）,postoperative patients in group A compared with preoperative IOP was significantly higher,but higher than group B patients （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation using TobraDex both children and fluorine America can achieve better control of anterior segment inflammatory response,but the use of fluorine-US child who is more stable IOP, fewer adverse reactions.
