38颗隐裂、劈裂牙保存治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨隐裂、劈裂牙保存治疗的方法。方法：2006年5月-2009年5月在我院门诊的磨牙横隐裂、纵隐裂,斜行劈裂38例患者,男24例,女14例；年龄40-60岁,共38颗隐裂、劈裂牙,劈裂线可累及髓腔,髓底未分裂,部分累及根上3mm未根折,牙髓治疗采用局部麻醉下行完善的根管治疗,再做全冠修复,治疗4周以上；隐裂牙直接进行冠部修复。结果：38例隐裂、劈裂牙患者的38颗牙经修复治疗和1-3年定期复诊及随访显示,1年有效病例（成功与有效）35例,有效率92.1%；2年有效病例33例,有效率86.8%；3年有效病例30例,有效率78.9%。有7例失败。结论：选择正确适应证和方法,对隐裂、劈裂牙采用牙髓治疗,根管填充治疗和全冠修复的保存治疗,疗效可靠。Objective：To explore cracked, split tooth preservation treatment methods. Methods：May 2006-May 2009 in our clinic cracked molar transverse, longitudinal fissure, oblique split the 38 patients, 24 males and 14 females;aged 40 to 60 years, a total of 38 cracked , split teeth, splitting lines involving marrow, marrow is not split end, not on the part of the root fracture involving the root 3mm, endodontic treatment using local anesthesia endodontic treatment, root canal filling root canal treatment under the crown do repair, treatment for more than four weeks;cracked tooth crown repair directly. Results：38 cases of cracked teeth, splitting the patient＇s teeth 38 teeth treated by surgery and regular follow from 1 to 3 years and follow-up showed an annual effective case （successful and effective） 35 cases, the efficiency of 92.1%;2 years 33 valid cases cases, the efficiency of 86.8%;3 years effective 30 cases, efficiency of 78.9%. There are seven cases of failure.Conclusions：Select the correct indications and methods, cracked, split tooth using endodontic treatment, root treatment and crowns preservation treatment tube filling, effective and reliable.
