摘  要:目的:对银汞合金、光固化玻璃离子水门汀和复合体Dyract治疗老年人楔状缺损疗效进行比较分析;方法:选择2008年1月至2012年1月本院牙科的65例老年楔状缺损患者共计430颗患牙,分别使用银汞合金、光固化玻璃离子水门汀和复合体Dyract进行修复,6个月及12个月后进行随访和复查,使用改良型USPHS评价体系对楔状缺损修复的效果进行评价,并分析修复失败的原因。结果:修复后6个月,三组患者的成功率有显著的差异(χ2=13.323,P=0.001),但光固化玻璃离子水门汀组与复合体Dyract组之间并无明显的差异(χ2=0.360,P=0.548);12个月后再进行随访发现,三组患者的成功率仍有显著的差异(χ2=18.814,P<0.001),光固化玻璃离子水门汀组与复合体Dyract组之间出现了较为明显的差异(χ2=5.202,P=0.023);三组患者固位之间存在着显著的差异(χ2=30.795,P<0.001),但光固化玻璃离子水门汀组与复合体Dyract组之间差异不明显(χ2=0.005,P=0.942);边缘密合之间存在显著差异(χ2=82.142,P<0.001),而光固化玻璃离子水门汀组与复合体Dyract组之间差异不显著(χ2=2.225,P=0.329);边缘着色方面三组之间存在显著差异(χ2=39.799,P<0.001),而光固化玻璃离子水门汀组的边缘着色问题也明显高于复合体Dyract组(χ2=9.728,P=0.008);表面形态缺损方面三组则并无明显的差异(χ2=4.867,P=0.301);结论:复合体Dyract是修复老年人楔状缺损的较理想材料。Objective:Silver amalgam, light-cured glass ionomer cement and composite body Dyract elderly patients with wedge-shaped defects efficacy comparative analysis; Methods: 65 elderly patients choose hospital dental wedge-shaped defects in patients with a total of 430 teeth were, respectively, the use of silver amalgam, light-cured glass ionomer cement and composite Dyract repair, after 6 months and 12 months of follow-up and review, use of improvedtype USPHS evaluation system evaluation, and analysis of the effect of the wedge-shaped defect repair failed;Results:6 months after the repair, the success rate of the three groups of patients with a significant difference (χ2=13.323, P=0.001);were followed up after 12 months, the success rate of the three groups of patients are still significant differences (χ2=18.814,P〈0.001);there is a significant difference (χ2=30.795, P〈0.001) between the three groups of patients with retention;edge of adhesion between the existence of a significant difference (χ2=82.142, P〈0.001);edge coloringbetween groups (χ2=39.799, P〈0.001);surface morphology defects three groups had no significant difference (χ2=4.867, P=0.301);Conclusion:Complex Dyract is the most satisfactory material to repair the elderly wedge-shaped defects.
