甘露聚糖肽注射液联合NP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘露聚糖肽联合NP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:90例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各45例,对照组患者采用NP方案化疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用甘露聚糖肽注射液,观察患者治疗前后临床症状、体征的变化,并随访2年。结果:试验组临床总有效率趋势上高于对照组,两组近期疗效相近。但试验组患者生活质量的改善率、T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平、6个月、1年、2年生存率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8+水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:甘露聚糖肽联合NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌能有效提高患者机体免疫功能,提高生活质量。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Mannatide injection combined with NP chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods：90 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in the author＆#39;s department were randomly divided into control and experiment groups. 45 cases in the control group were given NP chemotherapy, the experiment group were given additional Mannatide injection. The change of clinical symptoms and signs were observed, patients were followed for 2 years. Results：The total clinical trial group efficiency trends higher, close to two short-term effect. But the rate of improvement the quality of the test group were living, T lymphocyte subsets CD3＋, CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋levels, 6 months, 1 year, 2-year survival rate was significantly higher（P〈0.05）, CD8＋levels than the control group was significantly lower（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy that Mannatide injection combined with NP chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer could improve immune function, the quality of life.
