摘　　要：新型城镇化是我国经济社会发展的必然趋势,也是农村发展的普遍规律。新型城镇化进程中农村经历着剩余劳动力转移、农民市场意识增强的新变化,这些变化迫切要求推进农村人力资源开发。要在充分理解农村人力资源开发和新型城镇化关系的前提下,结合实际情况,在夯实农村转移劳动力的素质基础、建立城乡一体的人力资源市场、创造良好的农村社区文化环境、丰富农民的卫生保健知识等方面采取措施,大力开发农村人力资源,从而推进我国新型城镇化进程。A new type of urbanization is an inevitable trend of China ’ s economic and social development and also an universal rule of rural development .In the process of new urbanization the rural areas is facing the transfer of surplus labor force and the enhancement of farmers ’ market con-sciousness ,which requires the rural human resources development . Under the premise of fully understand the relation between rural human resource development and new urbanization ,combine with the actual situation ,from the aspects of reinforcing the quality basis of rural migrant labors ,increasing unified human resources market of urban and rural areas , creating a good culture environment of community ,enriching the health care knowledge of farmers to adopt measures ,and vigorously develop the rural human resources ,in order to promote the development of new urbanization of China .
