摘 要:目的:探讨正常牙合受试者在最大紧咬时升颌肌肌电活动是否随咬合力的升高而增强.方法:应用T-ScanIII咬合分析和BioEMGⅢ肌电记录系统对16名男性无症状正常牙合受试者的咬合力、咬合接触及双侧颞肌前束(TA)、咬肌(MM)肌电进行同步记录.结果:在ICP(intercuspalposition,牙尖交错位)作快速最大紧咬时,咬合接触点在双侧牙弓逐渐趋于平衡分布,且在咬合接触点数增加、咬合力增大的末期,升颌肌电位呈现出下降的特征;在对刃位及左、右侧颌位作最大紧咬时,随着咬合力的升高,对刃位时双侧MM肌电活动逐渐升高,而左、右侧合位时工作侧TA及非工作MM肌电活动出现升高,在整个咬合力升高过程中未见肌电幅值的下降.结论:ICP最大紧咬时可出现较低水平的肌电活动并对应较高的咬合力水平的情况,反应了此时升颌肌功能活动的效率较高.这意味着在咬合运动中为达到一定水平的咬合力需要额外的肌肉活动来实现,这种额外肌电活动的长时间存在可能会引起升颌肌出现疲劳甚至出现口颌面疼痛症状.AEM: To find out whether the level of the surface electromyographic (SEMG) activity of jawclosing muscles increa ses when biting forces elevated during maximal voluntary clenc hing (MVC). METHODS : In the present study, T-Scan III sys tem and BioEMG III system were used to record bite force, occlu sal contacts and SEMG activity of the anterior temporalis (TA) and of the masseter muscles (MM) simultaneously. Recordings were obtained from 16 healthy young adult males during different conditions: a fast MVC from resting position to intercuspal po sition (ICP) ; a fast MVC in protrusive and lateral edge-to-edge positions. RESULTS: A higher level of SEMG activity was associated with a higher bite force during MVC ( P 〈 0. 05 ). However, during fast MVC from rest to ICP the largest number of occlusal contacts were achieved and distributed more symmetrical ly, the highest level of biting force was obtained, but the SEMG activity of the jaw elevator muscles was reduced compared with its maximum level (P 〈 0.05). This phenomenon was not observed during the fast MVC in protrusive or lateral edge-to-edge posi tions. CONCLUSION: The present results that a lower SEMG activity was associated with the largest number of occlusal contacts and the highest level of bite force during MVC in centric demon strated a complex integration of jaw closing muscles when a stable occlusion is present.
