广西肝癌人群IL－23Rrsl1805303位点单核苷酸多态性相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析白介素23受体（interleukin-23receptor，IL-23R）基因rsl1805303位点单核苷酸多态性（singlenueleo—tidepolymorphisms，SNPs）与广西肝癌人群的相关性。方法将来自广西的研究对象分为肝癌组（270例）和健康对照组（251例），采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性（polymerasechainreactiomrestrictionfragmentlengthpolymor—phism，PCR—RFLP）技术检测IL-23Rrsl1805303位点sNPs并分析其与肝癌的关系。结果发现IL-23R基因rsl1805303位点存在三种基因型：CC型、XT型和TT型；在肝癌组与对照组比较中发现IL-23Rrsl1805303位点基因型频率分布差异无统计学意义（χ^2=2．578，P=0．276）；该位点等位基因频率分布差异无统计学意义[（χ^2=2．578，P=0．276，OR（95％CI）：1.164（0．913～1．485）]。结论IL-23Rrsl1805303位点sNPs可能不是广西肝癌人群发病的危险因素。Objective To study the association between the polymorphism of IL-23R gene rs11805303 loci and hepatocellular arcinoma in Guangxi populations. Methods Total 270 hepatocellular arcinoma and 251 healthy individuals were studied. The rs11805303 loci was analyzed by restriction fragment length poly （PCR RFLP） and was analyzed its relationship with hepa- tocellular arcinoma. Results There were three kinds of genotypes in IL-23R gene rs11805303 loci （CC,CT and TT）. The frequencies of genotype of IL-23R gene rs11805303 were not different in hepatocellular arcinoma and normal （X2 =2. 578,P =0. 276）. The frequencies of alleles of IL-23R gene rs11805303 also were statistically significant （ X2 = 2. 578, P= 0. 276, OR（95% CI） ：1. 164 （0. 913%1. 485））. Conclusion The rs11805303 of IL-23R gene would be not associated with hepato- cellular arcinoma in Guangxi populations.
