摘　　要：科学创造活动作为一种特殊的价值创造活动 ,是一个复杂的社会互动过程 ,这一活动过程除了要受到科学活动自身发展的内在规律影响外 ,还与其他社会因素密切相关。文化和教育对科学价值的创造和实现具有重要的制约作用。普遍性原则、自主创造原则和现代的竞争、合作观念是科学价值创造的主要的文化环境 ,而现代科学教育的思想、手段。As a kind of special activity of creation of value,the activity of scientific creation is a complex social interactive process,which is not only impacted by his innate law but also closely connected with other social factors.Culture and education play an important restricted role on the creation and realization of scientific value.The principle of universality,as well as independent creation and the thought of modern competition and cooperation are the main cultural environment of creation of scientifie value,while the ideas,means,content and structure of modern science education form the key and essential conditions of creation and realization of the scientific value.
