摘　　要：研究多元化战略的多元化经营历史 ,分析影响多元化企业集团经济绩效的因素 ,对多元化战略和经济绩效的关系进行实证研究。Enterprise group is the mainstay of a country's economy Its strategy is important to the national economic development. This article studies the history of diversification, analyzes the factors affecting the enterprise's performance, and studies the relationship between diversification and economic performance by of empirical research.
