微小染色体维持蛋白5在胃癌、癌前病变及正常胃黏膜组织中的表达及临床病理学意义

摘　　要：目的探讨微小染色体维持蛋白5(MCM5)在胃癌、癌前病变及正常胃黏膜组织中的表达及对肿瘤生物学行为的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法对57例胃癌组织、32例癌前病变组织和20例正常胃黏膜组织进行MCM5表达的检测。结果 MCM5在胃癌、癌前病变及正常胃黏膜组织中的阳性率分别为87.7%、78.1%、0.0%,癌前病变及胃癌组织中MCM5的阳性率均显著高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.01);MCM5在胃癌组织中的强阳性率高于癌前病变组织(P<0.01);MCM5在胃癌组织表达的总阳性率与分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期无关(P>0.05),但胃癌低分化组织中MCM5表达的强阳性率明显高于高、中分化组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MCM5可以作为癌前病变及胃癌诊断的有效标志物。Objective To investigate expression of minichromosome maintenance 5 （MCMS） in human gastric carcinoma, precancerous lesion, normal gastric mucosa and the effect of it on the oncobiology behaviour. Methods Immunohistochemistry sreptavidin peroxidase method was used to detect the expression of MCM5 in 57 cases of gastric carcinoma,32 cases of precancerous lesion and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa. Results The positive expression rates of MCM5 in gastric cancer, precancerous lesion and normal gastric mucosa were 87.7% ,78.1% and 0.0% ,respectively. The positive expression rate of MCM5 in gastric cancer and precancerous lesion was higher than that in normal gastric mucosa（P 〈 0.01 ）. The strong positive expression rate of MCM5 in gastric cancer was higher than that in precancerous lesion（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The total positive expression rate of MCM5 in gastric carcinoma tissues was not correlated with cell differentiation, depth of invasion,lymph node metastases and TNM stage（P 〉 0.05 ）. However, the strong positive expression rate of MCM5 in well-moderately gastric carcinoma was less than poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion MCM5 can serve as an effective marker for the diag- nosis of precancerous lesion and gastric carcinoma.
