家具检测用力学性能综合试验机的设计

摘　　要：符合标准要求的检测设备是检测结果科学准确的重要保障。结合自身从事监督检验工作中获取的经验,仔细研读相关国家标准,提出了家具力学性能综合试验机的设计思路。对具有代表性冲击、静载荷和稳定性试验装置的设计进行了比较详细的介绍,对机架的空间布局、执行部件的选型、加载部件的挂载方式、升降系统等进行了综合考虑和合理化设计,力求避免试验项目间的相互干扰,影响设备使用寿命。在不增加操作难度和满足质量监督检验机构实际需求的前提下,增加试验设备的操作简便性,提高了单台检测设备的标准覆盖能力。希望检测设备更加科学合理的设计,在提高质量监督检验部门的技术水平方面起到些许积极地作用。The testing equipment conforming GB standards requirements is an important guarantee for the scientificity and accuracy of the testing result. Combined with the experience accumulated in testing work and studying GB standards, the authors put forward a design idea for furniture mechanical property com prehensive testing machine. The design of the impact, static load and stability testing device was de scribed in details. The research will have positive effects not only on promoting the scientific and reason able design on testing equipments, but also on inspection departments. improving the technical quality of quality supervision and
