摘 要:目的 Acrysof IQ Toric人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)可有效地降低白内障患者的角膜散光。比较植入Acrysof IQ Toric IOL后白内障患者手术前后的视觉质量。方法选择2012年10月至2013年3月行白内障超声乳化,IQ Toric IOL植入术的白内障患者30例(34只眼),观察并比较患者术前、术后1周、1个月、3个月的裸眼视力(uncorrected visual activity,UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(best corrected visual activity,BCVA)、术前角膜散光、预计残余散光、术后残余散光及IOL轴位移动度。结果患者术前UCVA为0.13±0.10,BCVA为0.22±0.16。术后1周UCVA为0.35±0.21、术后1个月UCVA为0.50±0.20,术后3个月UCVA为0.60±0.26,均显著高于术前BCVA,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前角膜散光为(2.07±1.13)D,术后1周残余散光为(0.26±0.13)D,术后1个月残余散光为(0.30±0.16)D,术后3个月残余散光为(0.34±0.29)D,术前角膜散光与术后1周、1个月、3个月残余散光相比差异均具有统计学意(P<0.01)。术前预计残余散光为(0.28±0.22)D,与术后1周、1个月、3个月的残余散光相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1周、1个月、3个月平均轴位移动度分别为:(3.17±1.83)°、(3.22±1.94)°、(3.57±1.69)°,术后3个月所有患眼的人工晶状体旋转度数均<10°。结论 IQ Toric人工晶状体能有效地矫正白内障患者术前角膜散光,晶体在囊袋内具有良好的稳定性。Objective Acrysof IQ Toric intraocular lens (IOL) are new intraocular lens which can effectively reduce corneal astigmatism in cataract patients. The aim of this study is to observe the clinical outcomes on pseudophakic patients with implanted Acrysof IQ Toric intraocular lens.MethodsThirty patients (thirty-four eyes) were treated with cataract phacoemulsification and implanted with the Acrysof IQ Toric IOL by the same surgeon from October 2012 to March 2013. Uncorrected visual activity (UCVA), best corrected visual activity (BCVA), preoperative corneal astigmatism, anticipated residual astigmatism postoperative, residual refractive cylinder and IOL axis and position were observed and compared preoperative and postoperative 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months.ResultsCataract patients′ preoperative UCVA was (0.13±0.10) D and BCVA was (0.22±0.16) D. The mean uncorrected visual acuity was (0.35±0.21) D 1 week postoperatively, (0.50±0.20) D 1 month postoperatively and (0.60±0.26) D 3 months postoperatively, and all of them were significantly higher than the preoperative BCVA (P〈0.05). There were significant differences between the preoperative corneal astigmatism ([2.07±1.13]D) and the mean residual astigmatism 1 week ([0.26±0.13]D), 1 month ([0.30±0.16]D) and 3 months postoperatively ([0.34±0.29]D) (P〈0.01). There was no significant difference between the preoperative estimated residual astigmatism ([0.28±0.22]D) and the residual astigmatism 1 week, 1 month and 3 months postoperatively (P〉0.05). The mean IOL rotation was (3.17±1.83)°1 week postoperatively, (3.22±1.94)°1 month postoperatively and (3.57±1.69)°3 months postoperatively. No intraocular lens rotated more than 10°3 month postoperatively.ConclusionImplantation of Acrysof IQ Toric intraocular lens for correction of astigmatism is effective and the IOL has good rotation stability.
