摘  要:大肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是临床最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前其发病机制已被广泛的探索。在近十年,研究证明微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)参与了恶性肿瘤发生发展和细胞增殖凋亡中相关机制的调控,更有数据表明miRNA可作为新的肿瘤标记物,其中miRNA在CRC中研究的范围涉及广泛。而Wnt/β-catenin信号转导通路在几乎所有CRC的发生发展中都扮演着重要角色。有研究显示β-catenin可能作为miRNA的靶基因受到调控,影响CRC的细胞生物学特性。汇集目前miRNA和Wnt/β-catenin主导的恶性肿瘤的最新研究进展,文中就miRNA作为CRC诊断的生物分子标志物和治疗的新靶点以及部分miRNA通过影响Wnt/β-catenin通路对CRC细胞生物活性的调控作一综述。The pathogenesis of colorectal cancer has been extensive studied now. Over the past decade,There are many researchs show that miRNA play an important role in regulating the biological processes, apoptosis and cell proliferation of cancer, and even more, these molecules have been recently studied as new potential biomarkers of tumor, and the scope of the study by the miRNA in colorectal cancer is quite widely .In addition, studies have showed that Wnt / β-catenin signal pathway plays an important role in almost all of the colorectal cancer. Lately, some researches showed that β-catenin may be regulated by miRNA as its target gene, which would affect the biological characteristics of colorectal cancer cells.Bringing together latest research progress of miRNA and Wnt/β-catenin-driven malignancies, his article will be a summarization about miRNA as a new target of a biological molecular markers and treatment of colorectal cancer diagnosis,and also sum up some of them regulate colon cancer cell biological activity by target Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway.
