摘 要:目的:研究载银沸石抗菌剂对义齿基托树脂细胞毒性的影响。方法:载银沸石抗菌剂按0%(对照组)和3%(V/V)比例添加在加热固化型义齿基托树脂中并分组,采用MTT法检测各组基托树脂对传代培养的MC-3T3成骨细胞的细胞毒性,比较抗菌剂对基托树脂细胞毒性的影响。结果与结论:SEM发现,培养4d后,两组样品表面细胞已附壁生长,培养8d后可观察到复合材料表面细胞数量明显增多;细胞增殖曲线表明对照组与实验组增殖趋势基本一致;纯PMMA和复合材料表面生物活性没有明显区别;实验组成骨细胞平均ALP活性高于对照组。结果证明纳米载银沸石抗菌剂/PMMA义齿基托复合材料有良好的生物相容性。Objective: To study the influence of denture base resin toxicity containing silver zeolite antibacterial a- gent. Methods: Ag--carrying zeolite antimicrobial agent (control group) at 0% and 3% (V/V) ratio was added to the heat--curing denture base resin and grouping. MTT assay was used in each group of base resin to examine MC - 3T3 osteoblast cell toxicity. We compar antibacterial agents on the base resin cytotoxicity. Results: The scanning electron microscope found that the cells after 4d has started growth on surface. After 8d cell numbers in the com- posite material surface increased significantly cell proliferation in two groups is basically the same. Cell activity showed that the biological activity of pure PMMA and the composite surface is not different. Experimental group osteoblast has higher average ALP activity. Conclusion: Results show that nano--silver zeolite antimicrobial agent / PMMA denture base composite materials have good biocompatibility.
