摘 要:目的:探讨不同体瓷厚度和不同烧结次数对Cercon氧化锆全瓷颜色的影响。方法:用氧化锆底瓷材料制作直径为12mm、厚度为0.8mm的圆盘状试件15个,表面涂塑体瓷。根据体瓷厚度的不同分为3组:0.5mm组、1.0mm组和1.5mm组,每组5个。严格按厂家规定的饰面瓷烧结程序对氧化锆试件反复烧结,分别于烧结1次、3次、5次、7次后使用Easyshade电脑比色仪对氧化锆试件的色度学参数进行测量,记录所得L*、a*、b*值。并计算色差△E:△E=[(△L*)2+(△a*)2+(△b*)2]1/2。结果:随着体瓷厚度的增加,L*值显著下降(P<0.05),a*和b*值显著上升(P<0.05);随着烧结次数的增加,0.5mm厚度组和1.0厚度组L*值明显增大(P<0.05),而1.5mm厚度组未见明显差异;3组的a*值均明显减小(P<0.05),颜色向绿色偏移;1.0厚度组和1.5mm厚度组b*值明显增大(P<0.05),颜色向黄色偏移,而0.5mm厚度组b*值未见明显差异。不同体瓷厚度的△E值均>3,而同一厚度下不同烧结次数后的两两比较,△E值均<3。结论:Cercon氧化锆全瓷体瓷厚度增加后明度下降,色调趋向变红、变黄;随着烧结次数增加,明度增加,颜色向绿色、黄色偏移,但肉眼难以察觉。Objective: To evaluate the effects of various dentin ceramic thicknesses and repeated firings on the color of zirconium oxide. Methods: 15 disc--shaped cores, 12 mm in diameter with a 0.8 mm thickness were fabricated from zirconium oxide and divided into three groups according to veneering with dentin ceramic thicknesses: as 0.5, 1, or 1.5 mm. Repeated firings (1, 3, 5, 7) were performed, and the data was measured by a Easyshade spectro- photometer. Results: L^* a^* b^* values of the Cercon systems were affected by the number of firings (P〈0.05) and ceramic thickness (P〈0. 05). Conclusion.. The number of firings and dentin ceramic thickness have a definite effect on the final color of Cercon system.
