Vector治疗仪与派丽奥联合治疗老年牙周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察Vector治疗仪与派丽奥联合治疗老年牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择40例老年牙周病患者,采用自身对照法,选择左右对称病情相近的后牙40颗,先行龈上洁治,一周后行Vector龈下刮治,3%过氧化氢及生理盐水冲洗牙周袋,实验组牙周袋内放置派丽奥凝胶,对照组牙周袋内放置碘甘油,每周一次,共4次。观察基线、用药4周及3月后的菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋深度(PD)的变化。结果:治疗后4周、3月时各指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),4周时实验组菌斑指数指标改善较对照组明显(P<0.05),龈沟出血指数、牙周袋深度指标两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。3月时各项观察指标实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:派丽奥辅助Vector治疗仪治疗老年牙周炎有很好的临床效果。Objective： The purpose of this clinical study was to evaluate the outcomes of the Vector therapy apparatus combined with Periocline on the elderly patients with chonic periodontitis, Methods： A total of 40 elderly periodontitis patients with the similar lesion on the bilateral teeth were chosen for the present study, which using the self-contrasted method. First, did the supragingival scaling, then subgingival scaling with the Vector therapy apparatus after one week, irrigation with 3% hydrogen peroxide and normal saline. Periocline was placed in the periodontal pockets of the experimental group while iodine glycerin in the control group, both once per week, four times in all. Plaque Index（PLI）, Sulcus Bleeding Index（SBI） and Pocket Depth （PD）were recorded at the base line, 4 weeks and 3 months. Results： All the indices improved after 4 weeks and 3months（P〈0.05）. At 4 weeks recall, PII in experimental group was better than control group, while SBI and PD had no statistically differences between two groups（P〉0.05）. At 3months, all the indices in experimental group were better than control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： The Vector therapy apparatus combined with Periocline has good clinical outcomes on the elderly patients with chonic periodontitis.
