摘　　要：科学研究是高校的主要职能之一,科研管理是高校日常工作中不可缺少的重要组成部分,对激活高校科研工作动力、提高科研活动效率、推进学校科技创新等方面具有非常重要的意义。本文从内涵、作用、现状、改革与创新等4个方面介绍了高校科研管理工作,并总结了苏州大学近年来的一些科研管理成功经验。Scientific research is one of the main functions of universities.
