摘　　要：炎症性肠病(IBD)是慢性肠道非特异性炎症,包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎,其病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚。目前尚无针对IBD病因的特异性治疗。新型氨基水杨酸类制剂、糖皮质激素以及免疫抑制剂的出现,在剂型、作用时间及方式等方面对这些传统药物进行改良,大大降低了传统药物的副作用,使得药物作用的靶点更精确,特异性更好。Inflammatory bowel disease （IBD）, including Crohn＇s disease（CD） and Ulcerative colitis（UC）, is a chronic nonspecific intestine inflammation, and the exact etiology and pathogenesis are not clear. Until now, there are no specific effective treatments for the etiology of IBD. Recently ,the development of new drugs,i, e. , 5-aminosalicylic acid,glucocorticoid, immunosuppressant greatly promots the treatment progress of IBD.
