面向煤炭行业的成人高等教育改革与实践——以湖南科技大学为例

摘　　要：煤炭行业现有专业技术人才的缺乏已成为制约煤炭行业发展和煤炭企业安全生产的重要因素。开设矿业类专业的高等学校利用其学科专业优势和办学资源,面向煤炭行业办好成人高等教育是解决煤炭行业专业技术人才缺乏的有效途径之一。面向煤炭行业的成人高等教育要根据煤炭行业对人才培养的要求,在实践中大力推进办学模式、人才培养模式和成人高等教育管理模式的改革,以培养在煤炭行业留得住、用得上的应用型专业技术人才。The lack of professional and technical talents in coal industry has become an impor- tant factor in restricting the development of coal industry and safety production in coal enterprises. For the institutions of higher education with mining majors, one of the effective measures is to take advantage of their mining majors and educational resources, with the purpose of improving adult higher education. The adult higher education for coal industry should reform the running mode, tal- ent training mode and adult education management mode in order to cultivate qualified professional and technical talents who are willing to stay in and work for the coal industry.
