摘　　要：中国特色农业现代化的夙愿能否实现,关键在于能否提升农民群体素质。农民职业培训体系的改革与发展,有益于破解这一紧迫的问题。发达国家美国、新兴发达国家韩国造就高素质农民的职业培训模式,在立法保障、管理体系建设、培训模式创新等方面各具特色,积累了许多有益经验,给予中国启示。Raising the quality of peasants＇ group is key to realizing the dream for agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. The reform and development of peasants＇ vocational training system is beneficial to solve this pressing problem. Meanwhile, as developed country and e- merging nation, the United States and South Korea have made high-quality peasants vocational training mode in legislation, the innovation of management system and training modes, which have shown their own characteristics and accumulated a lot of useful experience for China.
