摘　　要：工学结合是高职人才培养模式的显著特征,也是高职教育的核心理念。这种教学模式要求教学内容必须围绕学生如何就业来设计,教学过程必须实现校内学习和企业工作相结合,这就给传统的校内课堂教学模式特别是高职学生的理想信念教育提出更高要求。为适应当前高职生理想信念教育的新发展,必须创新教育绩效评价机制。Work - integrated learning is the prominent feature and the core idea of higher vocational talents train- ing mode. This training mode requires that the teaching content must be designed on students＇employment, the teach- ing and learning process must realize the implement of the study in the campus and the work in the enterprise, which puts forward the higher requirements for the traditional classroom teaching mode especially higher vocational students＇i- deal and belief education. In order to adapt to the new development of the ideal and belief education of higher voca- tional students, it is a must to innovate the education performance evaluation mechanism.
