摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)的病理改变如淀粉样蛋白沉积、神经纤维缠结及大量神经元的丢失等在各个脑区的出现是有时间和空间顺序的。在累及不同脑区时,该脑区的功能学及形态学均有每个时期的特征性表现,同时会表现出相应的临床症状。The pathological changes of Alzheimer disease （Alzheimer disease, AD）, such as the amyloid deposition, neurofibrillary tangles and large number of neuronal loss, appearance in the different brain regions in the order of time and space. When involving different brain regions, it may show the characteristic features in the functional and morphological aspects in this period, and would show the corresponding clinical symptoms.
