摘　　要：神经干细胞是近几年的研究热点之一,其作为基因治疗的载体更是引起了广泛的关注和深刻研究。本文就神经干细胞在基因治疗胶质瘤方面的优点、缺点,研究现状和发展方向做一综述。Neural stem cells is one of the hot research topic in recent years, and as the carrier of gene therapy it has caused wide attention and deep research. In this paper, the neural stem cells in gene therapy for gliomas, the advantages and disadvantages of the research status and development direction were reviewed.
