摘　　要：Wallenberg综合征又称延髓背外侧综合征,是一组因小脑后下动脉(PICA)或椎动脉(VA)受累引起的临床综合征。其临床表现和预后有很大的可变性,主要由于其血管形态学及侧支循环的差异性所致。因此,了解Wallenberg综合征患者正常血管解剖、血管形态学变异及侧支循环建立情况,可能为其临床诊疗及预后判断提供可靠依据。Wallenberg syndrome which is also called dorsolateral medullary syndrome involves a group of the posterior inferior eerebellar artery （PICA） or vertebral artery （VA） and causes clinical manifestations. The great variability of the clinical manifestation and prognosis are mainly due to the differences of blood vessels morphology and collateral circulation. Therefore, to understand the normal vascular anatomy in patients with Wallenberg syndrome, vascular morphological variation and collateral circulation situation may provide a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis and prognosis.
