摘　　要：目的 胸腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗肺癌对患者血清CK19mRNA和LunxmRNA的影响.方法 90例肺癌患者分为两组,对照组45例,观察组45例,对照组采用开胸手术,观察组采用胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗,采用RT-PCR测定患者手术前后血CK19mRNA和LunxmRNA的表达.结果 手术后两组患者血清CK19mRNA和LunxmRNA阳性例数均明显减少（t=19.682、12.784、7.824、7.085,均P＜0.01）,且观察组减少更显著（t=1.900、1.438,均P＜0.05）.结论 胸腔镜辅助小切口手术可以明显降低肺癌患者血清CK19mRNA和LunxmRNA的表达,减少患者微转移.Objective To study the effect of assisted thoracic small incision on serum CK19 mRNA and Lunx mRNA in patients with lung cancer. Methods 90 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into the con- trol group and the observation group. 45 patients in the control group were operated through thoracotomy, while 45 patients in the observation group were operated through assisted thoracic small incision. Serum CK19 mRNA and Lunx mRNA were detected before and after operation through RT-PCR. Results Serum CK19 mRNA and Lunx mRNA were decreased after operation（ t = 19. 682,12. 784,7. 824,7. 085, all P 〈 0.01 ）. And the mRNA levels in the obser- vation group were lower than those in the control group （t = 1. 900, I. 438, all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Assisted tho- racic small incision can decrease serum CK19 mRNA and Lunx mRNA in patients with lung cancer, which can improve mierometastasis.
