摘 要:目的了解泰州市公共场所中央空调冷却水的军团菌污染状况,为预防和控制疾病传播提供依据。方法于2009年-2012年,在泰州市城区的公共场所采集集中式中央空调冷却塔水180份,分别进行传统细菌分离培养和嗜肺军团菌荧光PCR核酸检测。结果 180份空调冷却水中,传统细菌分离培养法检出嗜肺军团菌水样55份,检出率为30.56%(55/180);嗜肺军团菌荧光PCR核酸检测出阳性水样64份,阳性率为35.56%(64/180)。结论泰州市公共场所中央空调冷却水中嗜肺军团菌污染较为严重,应引起相关部门的足够重视,防止军团菌的暴发与流行。Objective To investigate the Legionella pneumophila pollution in cooling water of central air - conditioning in public places of Taizhou, and provide basis for preventing and controling the spread of the disease. Methods A total of 180 cooling water samples were collected from central air - conditioning in public places of Taizhou from 2009 to 2012 for the traditional bacterial isolation culture and RTFQ PCR detection of Legionella pneumophila. Results Among t80 cooling water samples, 55 Legionellapneumophila strains were detected by the traditional bacterial isolation and culture, the positive rate was 30.56% (55/180) ;Meanwhile, 64 Legionella pneumophila strains were detected by RTFQ PCR and the positive rate was 35.56% (64/180). Conclusion Legionella pneumophila pollution was serious in cooling water of central airconditioning in public places of Taizhou. So the relevant departments should pay more attention to prevent the outbreak and epidemic of Legionella pneumophila disease.
