摘　　要：中药穴位贴敷是根据"春夏养阳,秋冬养阴"理论运用于临床的一种顺应四时特性的"内病外治"疗法。近年来,现代中医各家对中药穴位贴敷防治疾病的研究较多,尤其是"三伏"贴敷更是研究的热点,而与之相对应的"三九"贴敷则相对研究较少。"三九"贴敷的"秋冬养阴"的理论基础存在争议,限制了其临床病种的选择,运用疾病多集中在呼吸系统,作用机理的实验研究也较为局限。The acupoint application of Chinese herb, according to the theory of ＂tonify Yang in spring and smnmer and nour- ish Yin in autumn and winter＂, conform to the four characteristics of ＂extemal treatment for internal diseases＂ therapy in clinical application. In recent years, there are more researches on acupoint application in modern traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and cure diseases, especially Sanfu paste which is the research hotspot;while Three nine paste is stud- ied less. Its basic theory of ＂nourish Yin in autumn and winter＂ is controversial which limits the clinical choice of disease. The disease is more concentrated in the respiratory system and the experimental study on the mechanism is relatively limit- ed.
