摘　　要：志贺氏菌是一类具有高度传染性的肠道致病菌。文中基于GB 4789.5—2012《志贺氏菌检验》标准,比较了4种分离培养基检测志贺氏菌的效果。通过4种分离培养基对福氏志贺氏菌、宋内氏志贺氏菌的回收率、最低检出限及对不同样品检测效果的比较,对不同培养基的检测效果进行评价。结果显示4种分离培养基最低检出限相近,显色培养基01检测特异性优于其他3种;针对实际检测样品,应灵活选择培养条件,以提高检测的准确性及效率。Shigella is a common pathogenic species with highly contagious. Based on the national standard of GB 4789.5--2012, comparison among the detection effects of four common culture medium for isolating Shigella was made. Through the comparison of four isolation medium for Shigella tier, ned and Shigella soonei on recovery rate, limit of detection and detection effect, the detection effect of four media were evaluated. The results showed that the four media had the similar minimum detection limits, and the Chromogenic media 01 demonstrated better specificity in isolation than the other three. The pathogen isolation and culture conditions should be determined and chosen flexibly based on the property of the sample, in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of detection.
