保乳结合前哨淋巴结活检术治疗老年乳腺癌的有效性和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析保乳结合前哨淋巴结活检术治疗老年乳腺癌的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析2011年4月至2013年4月间收治的100例老年乳腺癌患者的临床资料,按手术方式分为行保乳结合前哨淋巴结活检术治疗的观察组和行传统手术治疗的对照组,每组各50例,比较两组患者治疗的有效性和安全性指标。结果观察组患者的手术时间和拔管时间均小于对照组,术中出血量和总引流量少于对照组,观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论保乳结合前哨淋巴结活检术治疗老年乳腺癌安全可行,值得推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of breast-conserving therapy combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy in the treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer. Methods The clin- ical data of 100 cases of elderly breast cancer patients who had been treated from April 2011 to April 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were devided into the observation group and the control group （50 ca- ses respectively） , receiving breast-conserving therapy combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy and con- vention therapy respectivvely. Clinical indexes were compared. Results The surgical time and extubation time of the observation group were significantly shorter, the blood loss and total drainage volume were signifi- cantly less, the postoperative complication rates were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The combination of breast-conserving therapy and sentinel lymph node biopsy has safe and feasible effect in the treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer,deserving further clinical application.
