摘　　要：目的：探讨Dicer在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学法检测40例人胃癌组织和40例癌旁正常胃组织标本中Dicer的表达，并结合临床资料进行统计学分析。结果：Dicer在胃癌组织中阳性率为47．5％，癌旁正常胃组织为85．O％，Dicer阳性率低于癌旁正常胃组织（P〈0．01）；胃癌组织高、中度分化、有淋巴结转移、临床分期早期患者Dicer阳性率均高于低度和未分化、无淋巴结转移、临床进展期患者（P〈0．05～P〈0．01），而在性别、年龄和癌灶原发部位间Dicer阳性率差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：胃癌组织中Dicer表达明显降低，并且Dicer表达与胃癌分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及临床分期有一定关系。Objective： To explore the expression of Dicer in gastric cancer tissue and its clinical significance. Methods： The expressions of Dicer in 40 gastric cancer specimens and 40 normal gastric specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry, the clinical data were statistically analyzed. Results：The positive rate of the Dicer expression in gastric cancer tissue （47.5 % ） was lower than that in adjacent normal tissue（85.0% ） （P 〈 0.01 ）. The positive rates of the Dicer expression in high and moderate differentiated gastric cancer tissue and patients with lymph node metastasis and early clinical stage were higher than that in low and undifferentiated gastric cancer tissue and patients with no lymph node metastasis and advanced clinical stage（ P 〈 0.05 to P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression differences of Dicer in gender, age and cancer primary site had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclnsions：The expression of Dicer in gastric cancer tissue obviously reduces, which is correlated with the differentiation degree lymph node metastasis of clinical stage, gastric cancer.
