摘　　要：阴道毛滴虫入侵人体后,可对人体生殖系统和泌尿系统造成感染,及时、正确的诊断是有效治疗的基础和关键。现就滴虫阴道炎的临床表现、致病机制及临床常用诊断方法做一评述,为临床医生诊治和科学研究提供一些参考。Triehornonas vagina/is invading human body can result in reproductive and urinary system infections, so timely and correct diagnosis was the key point and foundation of effective treatment. The clinical manifestations, pathogenesis and common clinical diagnostic methods of triehomonal vaginitis were reviewed to provide clinical doc- tors with some references of diagnosis, treatment and scientific research_
