摘　　要：利用高校优势进行大学生创新能力培养是现代创新性教育的重要内容。近年来中国地质大学(北京)对此进行了一系列的探索和改革,力求将培养创新意识和创新能力融入到大学生教育的各个环节和整体过程,从多个方面、多层平台、多种机会进行培养,提高大学生实践创新能力,取得了良好的效果。Exerting university advantages to train the students＇ practical and creative ability is an important content of modern innovation education. In order to promote the innovation ability of college students, a series of studies and reforms have been carried on in China University of Geosciences recently. These reforms take multi-aspect, multi- platform and multi-opportunity into account, and enhance the innovative ability and individualized development of students.
