摘　　要：开放课题平台是高校重点实验室贯彻"开放、流动、联合、竞争"方针的重要手段,对重点实验室开展学科基础研究和高层次人才培养起到积极促进作用。近年来,随着国家重点实验室在国家创新体系中定位的变化以及国家重点实验室专项经费的投入,重点实验室开放基金的管理模式也发生着新的改变。本文主要阐述我校材料化学工程国家重点实验室近年来在设立开放基金课题方面的一些做法和取得的一些成效,特别是在高校协同创新方面表现出来的重要作用,提升了开放课题的管理效率和水平。Open Research Fund is a key platform to carry out the higher education key laboratory＇ s ＂Openness, Flow, Cooperation, Competitiveness＂ strategy. It encourages fundamental researches and helps to cultivate high level talents. This paper reviews the experiences and summarizes the successes of the Open Research Fund Projects of the State Key Laboratory of Subtropical Building Science. Especially it shows the important role in coordination and innovation of colleges and universities. It also points out some problems the platform is facing and raises countermeasures.
