浅析哲学思维在高校实验室建设管理中的应用

摘　　要：针对目前我国高校实验室建设与管理存在的问题进行了分析,为了更好地提高实验室的建设和管理水平,提出了利用哲学思维对实验室进行建设和管理的新模式。该模式从实验室指导思想、发展思路、经费管理、实验室评估、实验室管理、人才培养等多方面来指导实验室的建设和管理。实践表明,该模式能够有效解决实验室建设与管理中遇到的问题,有利于提高实验室的建设和管理水平,更好地为高校教学科研服务,促进国家科技进步。The paper dealt with many problems existed in construction and management of university laboratories at present. A new mode by using philosophical thinking was proposed to improve the level of university laboratories construction and management. The new pattern guided university laboratories from laboratory guiding ideology, development thought, laboratory funds management, laboratory evaluation, laboratory management, talent training and so on. The practice showed that the proposed pattern could effectively solve the laboratory construction and management problems encountered and improved the level of university laboratories construction and management, serviced to teaching and scientific research of universities better and promoted state scientific and technological progress.
