摘　　要：实验室安全防护工作十分必要。我国高校实验室安全防护整体水平亟需提高,一些世界知名高校相关经验值得借鉴。以美国高校为例,政府制定严格的法规标准进行监管;高校自身设立了专职的安全管理部门,安全防护工作系统、规范且人性化;并且,安全管理部门严格监督实验室落实相关规章制度,开展频繁的安全防护检查。北京大学化学基础实验教学中心一直高度重视实验室安全防护工作,经过十多年的摸索实践,初步形成一套适合基础化学实验室的安全防护工作体系,具体涵盖安全防护硬件设施、安全防护教育和安全防护管理等方面。Laboratory security and protection is very necessary. The overall level of laboratory security and protection in Chinese universities need to be improved. Relevant experience of international famous universities is helpful to us. In American universities, for example, government has made relevant legal rules and standards to supervise laboratory security and protection; universities have set up professional administrative departments of security, whose work is systematic, standard and humanistic; moreover, laboratory security managers have supervised laboratory enforcing relevant rules and regulations strictly and examine the work of security and protection frequently. Experimental Chemistry Center of Peking University have been paid close attention to laboratory security and protection all the time. After more than 10 years/practice, security and protection system in fundamental chemical laboratory has been established,which includes hardware facilities, security and protection education and management.
