摘 要:分别采用水热法、溶胶-凝胶法,以NH4VO3和InCl3·4H2O为原料制备InVO4纳米颗粒,利用XRD(X-射线衍射)分析表征手段重点考察了物料配比、工艺条件对产物相结构的影响,将优化获得的InVO4纳米颗粒与TiO2复合,制备出TiO2-InVO4复合纳米颗粒,并初步将其应用于光催化功能涂层的制备。结果表明:水热条件下有利于制备正交相InVO4纳米颗粒,V/In的物质的量之比及pH是影响InVO4纳米颗粒制备的关键因素。通过TiO2与InVO4的复合可进一步提高InVO4的可见光催化活性,展现出该复合纳米颗粒在光催化功能涂层方面的应用潜力。NH4VO3 and InCl3 · 4H2O were used as raw materials to prepare InVO4 nanopartieles by hydrothermal method and sol-gel method respectively. X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) was adopted to investigate the effect of material ratio and preparation conditions on phase structure of products. The resulting optimized InVO4 nanoparticle was combined with TiO2, TiO2-InVO4 composite nanopartiele was obtained. Then, the prepared TiO2-InVO4 composite was initially used to prepare photoeatalytic functional coating. The results showed that hydrothermal method was helpful to obtain InVO4 nanoparticles with orthorhombic structure, and the molar ratio of V/In and pH value were two key factors to affect the preparation of InVO4 nanoparticles. Combining TiO2 with InVO4 would further increase the visible light photocatalytie activities, which showed its great potential application in the preparation of photocatalytic coating.
