摘  要:目的:利用基于规则降噪技术优化文本挖掘结果,探寻胰腺癌用药规律。方法:在中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中下载"胰腺癌"文献,采用文本挖掘构建降噪规则,探寻胰腺癌常用中药、中成药、西药及联用情况。结果:治疗胰腺癌的常用中药为雷公藤和人参,常用中成药为康莱特注射液和姜黄素,常用西药为吉西他滨和5-氟尿嘧啶。结论:利用基于规则降噪技术挖掘胰腺癌临床用药规律,为探索胰腺癌的临床治疗和科学研究提供参考。Objective: To explore the treatment principle of pancreatic cancer based on rule-based noise reduction technology. Methods: we proposed an algorithm to retrieve simple and meaningful networks from large data sets of pancreatic cancer. Noise reduction rules were be created by text mining and clinical commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese patent medicine, western medicine and combination for pancreatic cancer treatment were obtained. Results: Thunder god vine and ginseng were commonly used traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of pancreatic cancer; KLT and eureumin were commonly used Chinese patent medicines; gemcitabine and fluoronracil were commonly used western medicines. Conclusion: Using rule-based noise reduction technology to explore pancreatic cancer treatment principle can provide references for the clinical treatment and scientific research of pancreatic cancer.
