农林院校大学生“准村官”预培养机制探讨

摘　　要：高等农林院校主要是培养学生掌握农业方面的理论和实用技能,大学生村官政策是基于建设社会主义新农村背景下实施的,旨在促进三农事业的发展,农林院校与大学生村官二者之间具有良好的结合点。在分析了农林院校开展大学生"准村官"培养的必要性、可行性和存在的问题,构建了以人才目标、专业、课程设置、实践锻炼和就业指导等方面为重点的培养机制。Agricultural and forestry college aims to train students to master agriculture theory and practical skills. University student village official policy is implemented based on the background of building new soeialist countryside to promote the development of rural enterprises, so it can be well combined between agricultural and forestry colleges and university student village officials. Based on the analysis of the necessity, feasibility and problems in the development of college students ＂ village official＂ of agricultural and forestry university, it constructed the mechanism for talents cultivation, professional development, curriculum design, practical training and employment guidance .
