摘  要:探讨木薯组培苗与常规苗大田栽培生长状况的差异,为木薯组培苗的推广应用提供参考依据。以桂热3号、GR-0245、GR-047、华南8号和南植199木薯品种5个作试验材料,在同等的栽培管理条件下,分别进行对比种植,研究植株生长的长势、株高、茎粗、抗逆性、鲜木薯产量、淀粉含量差别。试验表明,木薯组培苗植株比常规苗植株株高稍矮,但是种性更纯种健壮、高产、高淀粉、抗逆性、适应性增强。试验结果表明:木薯组培苗很值得推广种植,特别是在低温冻害天气情况下,组培苗可以弥补常规种茎的不足,是补供薯苗的一条可行有效途径。The present between tissue culture experiment was conducted to investigate the differences in seedlings and conventional seedlings of cassava cuhivated in order to provide a reference for extension and apphcation of cassava tissue cuhure growth characters field production in seedlings. In this experiment,to take Guire NO.3,GR-0245,GR-IM7,Huanan NO.8 and Nanzhi 199 cassava varieties as experimental materials, under the same conditions of cultivation and management, a cultivation comparison experiment was conducted to study the growth, plant height, stem diameter, stress resistance, fresh cassava yield, starch content difference.Cassava tissue culture seedlings plant were shorter than the conventional seedlings, but had higher purity and were more robust, higher yield and starch content, stronger resistance and adaptability. The cassava tissue culture seedlings cultivation, especially in the low-temperature damage cases, to make up were worth promoting and for the lack of conventional stems, was a feasible and effective way for the supplementary of cassava seedlings.
