摘　　要：在团队文化共有特征的基础上,结合高校辅导员队伍发展历程与辅导员工作特征,全面分析了辅导员队伍文化的内涵。针对辅导员队伍发展现状,从多方面论证了辅导员队伍文化建设的重要性,并深入探究辅导员队伍文化建设的路径和工作机制。The article first gives a comprehensive analysis of the connotation of team culture as far as college advisors are concerned, paying attention to both the common features of team culture and the development history and job characteristics of college advisors team. Then it demonstrates from many aspects the importance of team culture construction among college advisors and makes a thorough inquiry into the means and the working mechanisms.
