半导体照明(LED)产业MOCVD设备专利现状及发展策略研究——以广东省为例

摘　　要：从专利的角度研究LED产业技术制高点之一的MOCVD设备的竞争格局和发展趋势。对THOMSON的DWPI数据库和广东省专利信息服务平台的国家知识产权局全领域代码化专利数据库进行专利检索(截止时间为2011年12月31日),分别从整体产业、国家(地区)、广东省、技术构成以及主要公司来华专利布局等方面研究中国和广东省MOCVD设备技术专利布局情况,并对广东省LED产业MOCVD设备专利发展提出战略性建议。This paper explored the competition and development trends of the MOCVD equipment industry , which is one of principle commanding points in the LED Industrial technology. THOMSON DWPI database and all fields encoded patent database of State Intellectual Property Bureau on Guangdong province patent information service platform were applied for patent search （ The deadline of December 31, 2011 ）. Respectively from the whole industry, country （region） , Guangdong province, technology composition and main companies to patent layout situation etc. , the MOCVD equipment technology patent layout situation of Guangdong and China was studied. Strategic recommendations was put forward for MOCVD equip- ment patent development of LED industry in Guangdong province.
