个体性别角色形成中家庭因素的影响研究

摘　　要：性别角色的形成是个体与其所生活的社会环境相互作用的结果。从家庭因素出发,影响个体性别角色形成的因素有父母子系统和家庭环境子系统两部分。在父母子系统中,主要有父母的教养方式、父母的性别特质和父母的期待三方面;在家庭环境子系统中,主要包括家庭结构、家庭经济地位和家庭成员的关系三方面。因此,应从树立正确的性别角色观、采取民主的教养方式、发挥家长的榜样作用、重视父母的共同教养和营造良好的家庭氛围入手,促进个体性别角色的健康发展。Gender role development is the result of inter-reaction between the individual and social environment. Parents subsystem and family environment subsystem influence individuals＇ gender role development in family context. There are parenting style,gender traits of parents and parents＇ expectations in parents subsystem. There are family structure, family economic status and family relation in family environment subsystem. To promote the healthy development of individuals＇ gender role,we should establish the correct concept of gender role, take the democratic parenting style, develop the role model for parents,attach importance to parents common rearing and create a good family atmosphere.
