眼内硅油填充术后患者俯卧位舒适度影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的调查分析影响患者俯卧位舒适程度的主要因素,为采取完善的护理措施提供科学依据。方法选取行玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术的复杂性视网膜脱离患者100例,卧位时间均持续在7d以上,采用问卷调查法,对包括患者一般资料及针对俯卧位可能发生的反应设置10个问题进行调查研究。结果通过调查发现,影响患者术后卧位的因素为家人的配合和监督以及颈椎疼痛、肌肉酸痛、手臂和腰背部酸麻、眼痛、畏光流泪等,使患者的舒适度降低,影响患者的遵从医嘱行为。结论尽早实施相关的护理措施,制定合理的护理方案能使患者有效地遵从医嘱,提高患者的舒适度,延长遵从医嘱保持特殊体位的时间,有利于患者术后康复,从而确保手术成功,减少并发症及复发率。Objective To explore the factors of prone position comfort in patients after intraocular silicone oil tamponade for providing the scientific basis to better nursing.Methods One hundred patients underwent complicated retinal vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade detachment.The supine time of patients lasted for more than 7 days.General information of patients and 10 questions for patients in the prone position in possible reaction were assessed through questionnaire method.Results The survey found that coordination and supervision of the family,cervical pain,muscular soreness,arm and lumbar hemp,ophthalmodynia,photophobia tears were the main factors for reducing the comfort and compliance of patients.Conclusion Making reasonable care plan and nursing measures implemented as soon as possible is the key to improve patients′ comfort and prolong compliance with the special position.It is for better recovery of patients after operation,to ensure the successful operation,and reduce complications rate.
