摘 要:目的:检测4种热凝义齿树脂基托材料在不同溶液中浸泡不同时间后的颜色变化,评价4种树脂基托材料的颜色稳定性。方法:依据厂家说明制作新世纪、贺利氏、日进和山八4种品牌的热凝义齿树脂基托材料的试件,分别浸泡于红酒、可乐、咖啡和普洱茶4种溶液中,并设置人工唾液作为对照,置于37℃恒温箱1、28和84d后测量试件颜色,计算试件的色差(ΔE)值,并进行统计学分析。结果:4种树脂基托材料在溶液中浸泡1、28和84d后,贺利氏品牌树脂材料在红酒中的ΔE值增大最显著,与其他溶液比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。贺利氏和新世纪品牌树脂材料在红酒中浸泡84d后ΔE值大于3.7,在临床不可以接受。日进品牌树脂材料在可乐、咖啡和茶水中浸泡1、28和84d后,ΔE值趋于不变,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:义齿树脂基托材料的组成成分、浸泡时间的长短和浸泡溶液的种类均不同程度地影响树脂材料的颜色稳定性,日进品牌的树脂材料颜色稳定性最好。Objective To detect the changes of color of four commercial heat-curing denture base resins in different solutions for different storage time and to evaluate the color stabilities of four commercial heat-curing denture base resins. Methods Four commercial heat-curing denture base resin samples of New Century, Meliodent, Nissin and Basis-Hi were made according to the manufacturer's instructions and immersed in red wine, coke, coffee, and tea. The samples were also immersed in artificial saliva as control group. The values of changes of color(△E) of the specimens immersed in the incubator at 37℃ for 1, 28 and 84 d were retested. The value of the AE of the specimens was calculated and analyzed statistically. Results Four commercial heat-curing denture base resins were immersed in red wine, coke, coffee, and tea for 1, 28, and 84 d, compared with the other solutions, the values of AE of the Meliodent resin materials immersed in red wine was increased most significantly (P〈0.05). The values of AE of the Meliodent and New Century resin materials immersed in red wine were over 3.7, which was regarded as clinically unacceptable. The values of △E of the Nissin resin materials immersed in coke, coffee, and tea for 1, 28 and 84 d changed little and there were no significant differences(P〉0.05). Conclusion The color stability of dental base resin materials is associated with the denture base resins, soak solution, and storage time, and the stability of the Nissin resin materials is the best.
